This adorable typography hat, the Fa La La La La Hat knitting pattern has the classic song around it’s cozy brim, perfect for your baby or toddler this holiday season!
Deck the hall with boughs of holly….
I’m sorry, do we all have the song stuck in our heads now? I know I’ve had it running through my mind on repeat since I started knitting my Fa La La La La Hat knitting pattern (boy, that does not get any easier to type!)
I love a good knitting pattern with words, it’s one of my specialties. I have one already that says Ho, ho, ho which is very cute. And I figured Fa La La La La would be equally adorable and recognizable because most people who celebrate Christmas know that song for sure!
Actually, now that I’m thinking about it, I might have to add a sprig of holly to the top of this one to really get the full effect. My holly knitting patterns are really fun to knit and wouldn’t that be cute?
This pattern is knit in the round and requires basic knowledge of fair isles or stranded knitting techniques but it’s a great one if you’re still practicing because it’s only 7 rounds and there aren’t any long or tricky floats to deal with.
Are you ready deck the halls…with knitting? yarn? Ugh, I can’t make that work, so let’s just get started knitting our Fa La La La Christmas carol Hat knitting pattern!
