Learning about knitting gauge is something many knitters find very intimidating. And many of us would prefer not to knit a gauge swatch before you start a knitting project. It’s much more fun to just start the actual project, right?

This worksheet tells you how to knit a gauge swatch and will help you record all the details about your knitting project, the materials and tools you’ve used and what the gauge was.

This is handy while you’re working on a particular project but it can also be VERY handy later on. If you like to use a particular kind of yarn you can keep your gauge worksheets and the next time you work with the same materials and tools, you’ll already have your gauge information handy!
