Today we’re talking about organizing your yarn stash and knit and crochet tools. These cute free printable yarn labels will help you do just that! Just print, cut and label! Bonus points if you print them on sticker paper.

Some people like to organize their yarn by yarn weight. Some people like to organize their yarn by fiber content (wool, acrylic, etc.). These labels cover all of those bases. I actually organize mine by weight and then color. But color doesn’t really need a label, it’s pretty much self-evident.

How to use free printable crochet and knit yarn labels

• Print craft labels, either on cardstock or sticker paper
• If you prefer, print only the pages that have labels that you need
• Cut out individual labels with a craft knife or scissors
• Decide how to attach your labels. If you printed on sticker paper, just cut and stick! If you printed on cardstock you have a few options. You can laminate your labels, you can tape them to bins with cute washi tape, you can decoupage them to a surface, you can slide them into a label holder or anything else you can think up!
