This is adorable Thanksgiving Gobble Gobble Hat knitting pattern is perfect to knit for your baby’s first (or second, or third…) Thanksgiving!
I don’t have a lot of Thanksgiving knitting patterns but I think this year, with everything going on, and so much to be thankful for, it’s time to change that! So I worked up this adorable Thanksgiving Gobble Gobble Hat knitting pattern for you guys.
If nothing else this year has taught me how much I should appreciate the good things in life, especially my health. If you don’t have that or are having a hard time this year (so many people are), please know I’m thinking of you and hoping things get better.
We may not all be having large family gathering this year (at least I hope not!) but we can see each other on FaceTime and Zoom and your loved ones will still be able to chuckle at a baby in a hat that says, “gobble gobble”!
I think this one would be SOOO cute to knit for baby’s first Thanksgiving. (Or second Thanksgiving or third Thanksgiving…) Add one of those adorable first Thanksgiving onesies and your little one is all set to celebrate Turkey Day!
Honestly, I might need to make this one for adults too because that would just be so fun to see on a grownup.
This cute Thanksgiving baby hat is knit in the round with a colorwork or fair isle pattern that spells out the words, “Gobble Gobble” on the front with a simple chevron zig zag pattern around the sides.
The Gobble Gobble Hat knitting pattern includes instructions to knit this cute fall baby in an any of 4 sizes with instructions and easy-to-read charts for the colorwork section. If you are working on your fair isle knitting techniques this is a fun pattern to practice with because the fair isle section is relatively small and easy.
