The Kaleidoscope Hat knitting pattern makes a cute winter baby hat with a fun multicolored pom pom on top for your baby or toddler, it’s sure to bring a little joy to your winter!
I am so excited about the kaleidoscope hat knitting pattern with its fun multicolored pom pom on the top. But I cannot even believe that this one was lost in my files. How did I not share this earlier?!
I knit it, I took all the photos, I even edited them. And then somehow I never actually published anything. So we get a little peek at a smaller Baby V this week. I’ve been going through everything I have and I actually found several adorable patterns like this that didn’t make it all the way through to see the light of day and I’m making that happen asap. That’s definitely one of my 2021 goals.
It’s actually a fun surprise because some of them I had completely forgotten about. Which tell you a lot about how many projects I knit I guess, that I had completed things stashed away that I managed to forget existed.
Or maybe that says more about my memory? Ha! In fact, I was laughing this morning over the fact that I know all the words to many random 90’s top hit songs, but stuff like this is just lost. Aren’t brains amazing and weird?
Anyway, I love this cute kaleidoscope hat, it’s kind of subtle on the bottom and fun on the top. I wanted to make that multicolored pom pom on top really shine and it totally does.
The pattern includes instructions for how to make a pom pom of many colors which is something I kind of want to add to all hats forever now. It’s actually really super easy. And if you have a pom pom maker you can definitely use that as well. Totally up to you! So let’s get knitting!
