This twisted Rib Hat Knitting Pattern is such a gorgeous and easy baby hat knitting pattern that looks great all the way from the brim to the very top!
Ok, you guys, the Twisted Rib Hat knitting pattern is officially my most favorite non-animal hat. I just loooove how it turned out with those gorgeous twisting ribs that twist all the way to tippy top of the hat. It’s just so pretty!
Baby V wore this one pretty much every day for a solid several months which is saying something if you can imagine how many hats she has to choose from!
I used some beautiful hand dyed yarn for this and it shows of this gorgeous stitch so well. And the best part is, are you ready? This is actually a really easy stitch to do! Like really really easy. You won’t even believe it.
I like this one so much that I’m thinking of making a grown up version for myself. And that’s saying something since I hardly ever make grown up hats! I really need to get started on that for this winter! I hope you love it as much as I do and if you knit one, don’t forget to share it with me on Ravelry!
If you like this stitch as much as I do, I also used this pretty twisted rib to make my cabled Christmas trees which are super fun to knit. I probably will also think of 50 other projects to use it for, it’s just so satisfying to watch the twisted rib appear with only a really simple stitch pattern!
