You’ll love this classic and adorable seed stitch bonnet knitting pattern, the nice cushy knit fabric will keep your little one warm and they’ll look cute too!
I just think this baby seed stitch bonnet is the cutest thing ever. It doesn’t hurt that seed stitch is pretty much one of my favorite knitting stitches. Although, I don’t actually love doing seed stitch that much, I’m definitely a bit slower at it than stockinette, for example, but boy do I love the result!
Seed stitch makes a little thicker knit fabric so this seed stitch bonnet is super warm and cozy. Add the adorable chin straps to this baby bonnet knitting pattern and this cute little baby hat will stay put! Bonnets are especially great if your little one likes to pull off hats!
I also think this simple little baby bonnet knitting pattern has such a classic look. It looks like something Laura might have worn on the prairie and I just love that! It’s perfect in a nice neutral color and it will go with everything! I mean, wouldn’t this seed stitch bonnet be extra adorable on easter to keep off the chill?
