Knit up a sweet Easter Egg hat for your little one this Spring!
O is at the age where he takes Easter egg hunts VERY seriously. Last year he specifically requested that I text the Easter Bunny and ask him to make the hunt “really hard”. So of course, the Easter Bunny complied (ok, it wasn’t really THAT hard, he was only 5, the Easter Bunny was realistic). And then about halfway through he looked at me and said, “Well, maybe I should have told the Easter Bunny to make it medium…” Ha!
I guess we’ll see how the Easter Bunny does this year. This is probably his last year to hunt without any competition so I hope he enjoys it. I’m sure by next year Baby V will know what’s going on… Anyway, in the meantime, she can wear this adorable Easter Egg hat and watch. This is probably my very favorite fair isle pattern yet and I hope you like it!
This pattern does require basic Fair Isle knitting know-how. And remember because hats stretch, please be sure to carry the color you’re not using LOOSELY along on the inside so it doesn’t pull.
