Ok, after Fingerless Gloves, my next obsession when the weather gets chilly is a cozy, snuggly scarf. More specifically a cowl or inifity scarf. I love that they’re basically impossible to put on wrong. No need for those scarf tying diagrams I’m always seeing on Pinterest. I also love them because they are great beginner’s project. More interesting than a plain scarf but still easy whether you’re knitting, crocheting or sewing, a cowl or infinity scarf is a great starting project! Been wanting to make an infinity scarf with my loom. Made lots of long scarves with loom but now want one of infinity. Like idea of infinity so not always having to worry about losing scarf or it coming loose to get caught on something. Need to go check my yarn supply so I can get started. I love Wool Ease yarn but it does get little itchy on my neck. It’s a good quality and has substance tho love to use it for this type of scarf.
Not one for the cowls but really love idea of infinity. Was looking in Herbergers yesterday for ideas on infinities, wow,the prices.

I am sensitive to itchy wool also, I find if I pick a wool blend where it’s mixed with something else like alpaca or silk or cotton, that really helps! Happy looming!

Tons of fab inspiration! I actually started that knit herringbone one last year, but never got around to finishing it – you’ve definitely inspired me to pull it back out!!!
