Make your own cute Super Simple Valentine’s Day Garland in just a few minutes!
Oh you guys… Sometimes I feel kind of guilty when I share a project like this. Like I’m somehow cheating because if I can be honest, this project is SO easy that it barely even needs a tutorial. But it just turned out so darn cute that I have to share it with you. It would actually be a great one to do with kids. Oh and I did I mention, it cost about a dollar to make?? And you’ll never believe what I made it with!! Anyway, I try to be mindful of the fact that there are people with varying levels of crafty experience visiting me here on the site or on Pinterest and not everyone is going to want to spend several days making a play kitchen. So here’s a good one for you beginners. Or anyone who just has a few minutes to be creative!
Super Simple Valentine’s Day Garland
Ok…are you ready for the secret that makes this project sooooo super simple?? It’s made out of really cute Valentine’s Day NAPKINS! Can you believe it?!
I picked up this package of 50 beverage napkins at the craft store, they’re barely even 10 cents each! And aren’t they so cute?! To make this garland, in addition to the napkins, you’ll also need:
1. Unfold your napkins one fold so they look like this:
2. Put down a line of hot glue along the crease and lay your bakers twine in the glue to attach.
3. Fold the napkin back up. Then repeat with another napkin and about a half inch to an inch between them for as long as you want your garland to be. And that’s it! Can you believe it’s made of napkins? Me neither!
